Hi, I'm Dr. Ann Sahr! I grew up in Yankton, South Dakota. I received my Bachelor of Science degree from South Dakota University in Brookings, SD and received my Doctor of Chiropractic degree with honors from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.
Following undergrad, I was blessed with the opportunity to serve on a medical mission to West Africa with Mercy Ships. It was there that further solidified my calling to help others heal. My passion growing up was dance. Chiropractic care allowed me to continue doing what I loved into college and is also what lead me to pursue a career as a Chiropractor.
It was at SDSU that I met my husband, Doug, a native of Bricelyn, Minnesota. We have been blessed with 2 beautiful daughters Norah and Hannah. We enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling. After practicing in Minneapolis, we are excited to be in Albert Lea and closer to family.

In 2013, I graduated from Riverland Community College with my Diploma in Massage Therapy. In November of 2014, I joined the Albert Lea Chiropractic team.
Currently, I perform a customized relaxation to deep tissue Swedish massage. I also perform Prenatal massage and offer the upgrades of Aromatherapy, Cupping, and Hot Stone.
It’s a pleasure to be working with Dr. Edwards and Dr. Sahr along with the staff at Albert Lea Chiropractic to further improve your experience of massage therapy.

I'm your Chiropractor Dr. Douglas Edwards. I grew up on a farm near Hollandale, MN and went to high school in Albert Lea. I received my undergraduate degree from The University of Mankato then went on to receive my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern College of Health Sciences in Bloomington, MN.My high school sweetheart and later wife, Jane, passed away in August 2015 in Albert Lea, MN. Through the years, we have been blessed to have four amazing children: Amber, Mark, Daniel and Matthew. Our oldest daughter Amber has given us two beautiful grandkids as well, Ava and Knox. I have since been blessed to get remarried in June 2019 to Diane Schultz, the principal of Sibley Elementary and a true blessing in my life.
Our family's true love is experiencing adventure. Fortunately, I have been blessed with many adventures, ranging from skydiving to scuba driving with much in between. While having been a member of the Bayside Water Ski Team for over 35 years, my new love is rock climbing. I cannot tell you why but when I see a cliff, I can only picture myself climbing it. My kids have embraced this passion for rock climbing as well and have joined me on some great climbs like ascending to the top of Devil's Tower in Wyoming.
